Promotion Terms & Conditions

Valid while supplies last.

1. Organizer

This promotion is organized and run by SabMol 1010 Retail & Dist. Inc., doing business as Lumière Du Nord (the "Organizer"), official Canadian distributor of Sandstone Scandinavia products.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is valid only for purchases made through our online store at lumieredunord.ca with a shipping address in Canada.
It is intended for end consumers only and does not apply to wholesale (B2B) or distributor purchases.

3. Promotion period

The promotion is valid while supplies last. Available shades and quantities are limited to the stock reserved in our New Brunswick warehouse and are shown in real time on the Build Your Set page.

4. How it works

Build a set by choosing one (1) mascara, one (1) eyeliner and one (1) eyeshadow or highlighter, from the shades shown as available on the Build Your Set page.
With each set you receive one (1) full-size Pressed Mineral Foundation free of charge (the "Gift"), in the shade of your choice, subject to availability.
The price of the set is the sum of the regular prices of the three products chosen. The Gift is added at $0.
Shipping is a flat $9 per order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Limit of one (1) set per order. The set is purchased on its own and cannot be combined with other products in the same order.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code or promotion, including the automatic order discount and free shipping.

5. The Gift

The Gift is one (1) full-size Pressed Mineral Foundation. Shade selection is subject to stock at the time the order is placed; if a shade sells out, you may choose from the remaining shades.
The Gift is non-transferable, has no resale value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or other products.

6. Returns and exchanges

Our Return Policy applies to the products in the set.
If a return means the order no longer includes the three products of the set, the Gift must also be returned unopened and unused. If the Gift is kept, its retail value ($42.99 CAD) will be deducted from the refund.
The Gift cannot be exchanged for another shade after delivery, nor returned or refunded on its own.

7. Changes and cancellation

The Organizer may modify, suspend or end this promotion at any time, including if the Gift or the participating products sell out. Orders already confirmed will be honoured.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province of residence.
