Are you the official distributor for Sandstone Scandinavia in Canada?
Yes. Lumière Du Nord (operated by SabMol 1010 Retail & Dist. Inc.) is the authorized Canadian distributor for Sandstone Scandinavia. Every product is sourced directly from Denmark and fully compliant with Health Canada regulations.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from New Brunswick, Canada. This means no customs fees, no duties, and fast delivery anywhere in the country.
Are the products vegan or cruelty-free?
Sandstone Scandinavia's formulas are cruelty-free, and several products are certified vegan and Allergy Certified. Individual product pages display the certifications that apply to each item.
Do you offer bilingual service?
Absolutely. We operate fully in English and Canadian French — our website, packaging information, and customer service team support both official languages.
Can I return a product if I don't love it?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective. See our Returns page for full details.
