Your satisfaction matters to us. For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics are subject to specific return conditions that we follow closely.
30-Day Return Window
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less original shipping costs.
Opened Products
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@lumieredunord.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
